Check-in Procedures

   1.   Check-in & Check-out Times:
        –    Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards.
        –    Check-out: By 11:30 AM. Late check-out is subject to extra charges:
              –  1 – 2 hours late: 25% of the room rate.
              –  3 – 4 hours late: 50% of the room rate.
              –  More than 4 hours late: Full room rate.
        –    Note: The resort reserves the right to deny late check-out if there are incoming guests scheduled for the same room.
   2.   Identification & Deposit:
        –    Guests must present a valid National ID Card or Passport upon check-in, settle the room payment, and leave a 300 THB key deposit. The deposit will be fully        refunded upon check-out after returning the room key.

House Rules (Daily Stay)
   1.   Children Policy:
        –    Children aged 0–5 can stay free of charge (limited to 1 child per room).
   2    Extra Bed:
        –    Children aged 6 and above, as well as adults, are charged 350 THB per night for an extra mattress, including breakfast.

   3.   Occupancy Limit:
        –    Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the specified number of guests per room type. Violations will incur a fine of 1,000 THB per person, per night (excludes breakfast and bedding).
   4.   Pet Policy:
        –    Pets are strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Violations will incur a fine of 3,000 THB per room.
        –    Exception: Small pets (under 5 kg) are allowed only with prior notice and approval, subject to a fee of 100 THB per pet, per night. Owners must bring their own pet bed and cleaning supplies. Pets are strictly forbidden on the beds under any circumstances and must not be left unattended in the room.
   5.   Cooking & Food:
        –    Cooking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited, except in designated areas provided by our accommodation. Bringing pungent or strong-smelling food into the room is strictly forbidden. Fine: 500 THB.

   6.   Prohibited Items & Activities:
       –     Gambling, prostitution, drug use, illegal substances, and weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden within our accommodation. Violations will be reported to the police, and guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund of the room rate.
   7.   Electrical Appliances:
       –     Using hair straighteners, irons, or any heating appliances on the bed is strictly prohibited. Ironing equipment can be requested from the staff.
   8.   Personal Belongings & Security:
       –     Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. our accommodation accepts no liability for any loss or damage. Please ensure the room doors are securely locked every time you leave.

   9.Cancellation & Refund Policy:
       –     ​Cancellation more than 2 days prior to check-in: 100% refund.
       ​-     Cancellation within 2 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.
​       –     No-show on the check-in date: Non-refundable.
   10.   Cleanliness & Property Damage:
Please help keep the room clean. Any damage to or loss of resort property will be charged at 2 times the actual retail value of the item.
   11. Conduct:
Fighting, quarreling, or creating a nuisance to other guests is strictly prohibited. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave immediately.
   12. Quiet Hours:
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM in accordance with community regulations.
   13. No-Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in designated non-smoking areas. Violations are subject to legal fines of 5,000 THB.
   14. Energy Conservation:
Please help us save energy and protect the environment by turning off lights, televisions, and air conditioning every time you leave the room.
